Michael A. Yermus
Michael attended the University of McGill for his undergraduate studies, where he graduated with honours, before attending Osgoode Hall Law School where he obtained his LL.B. in 2003 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
Since graduating from law school Michael has dedicated his career to assisting and advocating for injured persons.
He has been running his own practice since he began his legal career and is proud to have founded a law firm focused on achieving the best outcomes possible for personal injury claimants.

Taya Rosenberg
Taya Rosenberg is a recent call and is developing a personal injury practice. She is a dedicated and empathetic advocate who places her client's needs at the forefront of her practice. Before joining Yermus & Associates, Taya completed her articles at an insurance litigation firm, where she gained experience in various practice areas, including motor vehicle claims and occupiers' liability.
Taya obtained her law degree from the University of Cambridge in England in 2020. After returning to Canada, she completed the University of Toronto Faculty of Law's Global Professional Master of Laws (GPLLM) program. Before her legal studies, Taya was a high school teacher for several years. Outside of law, Taya serves on the board of two arts organizations and is an avid singer.

Karl Girdhari
Karl holds a Bachelor's of Science degree (BSc) and Jurius Doctor (JD) Law degree from a New York law school. Karl was active in moot court, law clinics and clerked with a prestigious Federal Judge in the US District Court of New Jersey.

He successfully wrote both the New York and New Jersey bar examinations and was called to both bars of New York and New jersey in 1993. Karl was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2002.

Karl primarily practices as plaintiff counsel in personal injury matters with a focus on motor vehicle accident insurance litigation. He has appeared on numerous mattes in the Superior Court, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal levels.
